Alteration to Main Entrance of Assisted living property
Install new DDA ramp to new main entrance including new powder coated handrail
Install new canopy above new main entrance
Install new LED lighting
Install timber planters with new soft landscaping
Remove existing composite door frame , brick up opening and install new fire rated window
Break out existing concrete steps and fit new planters complete with landscaping
