We are delighted to announce that AB Building & Electrical Ltd has successfully resecured Jigsaw Homes’ Periodic Electrical Testing Contract, ensuring that we will continue to provide electrical compliance services to more than 33,000 homes across their portfolio.
This award is particularly meaningful to us, as we have been working alongside the teams at Jigsaw Homes North and Jigsaw Homes Tameside for many years. Re-securing this contract for a third consecutive term is a testament to the strength of the partnership we have built together and the trust placed in our team to deliver a critical compliance service.
Long-term partnerships enable us to deliver far more than statutory compliance. Through our bespoke in-house compliance platform, we provide detailed portfolio intelligence and granular data, helping our clients gain valuable insight into the compliance status of their housing stock and supporting informed asset management decisions.
Our longstanding relationship with Jigsaw Homes has also allowed us to work collaboratively to deliver meaningful social value across the communities we serve. Together, we have supported local employment opportunities, apprenticeships, community initiatives, sponsorship programmes and, most importantly, projects such as the provision of free school meals during school holidays, helping families facing financial hardship.
