AB Building & Electrical Ltd were appointed by Torus to carry out a full upgrade to the communal areas at Mill Point , St Helens
The work included stripping out an existing 1 bedroom flat , remodelling the layout as per the architects design to allow for a new residents communal kitchen , dining room and lounge area
Works included
- Installation of new structural steel works
- Installation of new drains and plumbing works
- Rewiring including new LED lighting
- Installation of new MF ceiling
- New windows and doors
- New fire alarm system
- Installation of new kitchen
- New flooring throughout
- Full decoration to all areas
