The team at AB Building & Electrical Ltd has been busy delivering another successful office refurbishment scheme for our valued client, Progress Housing Group, at their Head Office, Sumner House in Leyland.
This project focused on the installation of three brand-new kitchens across different floors, each tailored to meet the needs of modern workplace environments. One of the standout elements of the scheme involved transforming three separate rooms into a single, spacious, fully accessible kitchen designed with inclusivity in mind.
Key works completed on this floor included:
- Reconfiguring three existing rooms into one large disabled-access kitchen
- Alterations to existing data and fire alarm systems
- Full electrical rewire to suit the new kitchen layout
- Installation of a new ceiling grid, complete with LED and emergency lighting
- Installation of a full new ventilation system
- Installation of a modern disabled-access kitchen
- Installation of hydroboil taps and energy-efficient water heaters
- New flooring throughout, along with full redecoration
