Project Update from AB Building and Electrical Ltd
We’re excited to share that AB Building and Electrical Ltd has officially commenced work on a retrofit programme for one of our valued clients in Manchester.
Project Highlights:
- Installation of energy-efficient electric heating systems, offering dual control for enhanced resident comfort and smarter energy use.
- Replacement of existing ventilation with Intermittent Extract Fans, boosting air extraction in kitchens and bathrooms for healthier indoor environments.
Site Challenges & Expertise:
Due to the concrete construction and confined spaces of the properties, our teams are operating with care and precision—minimising disruption while maintaining high standards of work.
Apprenticeship in Action:
This project provides fantastic hands-on experience for our apprentices. Working alongside our Tenant Liaison Officer, site supervisor, contract manager, and health & safety manager, our joinery apprentice and two electrical apprentices are gaining meaningful, skill-building experience that supports their professional growth.
