Description of works – Refurbishment of a 7-bedroom semi-detached property in Wallasey, Wirral into a HMO. Installation of 4 new en-suite bathrooms, new kitchen, full electrical installation to property including new low energy heating, installation of new fire doors throughout, full flooring and re-decoration of property.
Duration of works – 10 weeks
Contract sum – £150k
