Oliver joined AB Building & Electrical six years ago as an administrative apprentice. From the outset, he demonstrated a keen interest in the construction industry and a strong commitment to learning and development. Recognising his potential, we were delighted to support Oliver in furthering his education by funding his HNC in Construction — a significant step that laid the foundation for his professional growth.
Most recently, Oliver has successfully completed his Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS), further equipping him with the skills and knowledge to thrive in site management and health & safety leadership.
Today, Oliver plays a key role in supporting Lee Clark, Contracts Manager, in delivering a major regeneration project in Manchester. His journey from apprentice to a valued member of our project delivery team is a testament to what can be achieved through hard work, opportunity, and the right support.
